I've been in this field a long time...
and covered almost every corner.

I'm a full-blooded Mid-Westerner - born and raised in St. Louis, Mo.
In the ‘90s, after graduating from The University of Missouri with a B.A. in TV/Film Communications and minor in creative writing, I was formally invited to bring my talents out to Los Angeles by absolutely nobody. Upon arriving, I spent some valuable time (a lot of time) in the “assisting arts.” Fortunately, those rendered opportunities to edit, field direct, produce and write for TV. By the early 2000s, I had managed to obtain the celebrated, yet scarce job title of "Primetime Network TV Sitcom Writer." A couple of years later, it was scripted network TV itself that was scarce! In 2007, one Writer's Guild of America strike plus two hungry toddlers made easy pickings on which skill to focus on: the one with the steady check!

As a non-linear, day-of-air, TV editor I inadvertently got fast - inhumanly fast. To my surprise, that uncommon niche opened up time to “enhance” the content with my writing, graphic art and producing skills. In fact, "content enhancement" increasingly became delegated to TV editors in multiple facets of the industry.

Here's my day-of-air work at and the rest .

To be able to bring my Hollywood shtick to you would be an absolute pleasure. Why? For starters, the obvious billions of dollars in this will afford me the Space-X flight I must have. Second to that is the fact that I relish the challenge to make a shtick out of anything. Yet, first and foremost: After experiencing the gratification of creating custom shticks for my friends and family, the notion of creating that same special meaning for others couldn't be more rewarding. To me, that’s what makes a shtick, legit.
Oh, and I do have various digital artists who collaborate with me. The "we" is legit too.
